Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery status of your package.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. Where such charges apply and are not already collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
