Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- With original tags attached, where applicable
- In the original packaging, where applicable

Returns sent without prior contact may be difficult to identify or process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product quality issue, damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs.

If the return is due to the customer selecting the wrong size, changing their mind, not liking the item, or another non-defective reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend checking the product size chart and measurement guidance carefully before placing an order, especially for dog clothing, as sizing can vary between different products and styles.
Please do not return any item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom or personalized products
- Final sale items
If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
EU 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions. This statutory right is separate from our general 30-day return policy described above.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise agreed by us, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
